사도행전 4:1-12
1베드로와 요한이 사람들에게 설교하고 있을 때 사제들과 성전 수위대장과 사두가이파 사람들이 그 자리에 나타났다. The priests and the captain of the temple guard and the Sadducees came up to Peter and John while they were speaking to the people.
2 그들은 두 사도가 사람들을 가르치며 예수께서 부활하신 사실을 들어 죽은 사람들이 다시 살아난다고 선전하는 데 격분하여 They were greatly disturbed because the apostles were teaching the people and proclaiming in Jesus the resurrection of the dead.
3 그들을 붙잡았다. 그러나 날이 이미 저물었으므로 감옥에 넣어 다음 날까지 가두어 두었다.
They seized Peter and John, and because it was evening, they put them in jail until the next day.
4 그런데 그 설교를 듣고 많은 사람들이 예수를 믿게 되었고 그 수효는 장정만도 오천 명 가량이나 되었다. But many who heard the message believed, and the number of men grew to about five thousand.
5 그 이튿날 유다 지도자들과 원로들과 율법학자들이 예루살렘에 모였다.
The next day the rulers, elders and teachers of the law met in Jerusalem.
6 그 자리에는 대사제 안나스를 비롯하여 가야파와 요한과 알렉산더와 그 밖에 대사제 가문에 속한 여러 사람들이 있었다. Annas the high priest was there, and so were Caiaphas, John, Alexander and the other men of the high priest's family.
7 그들은 두 사도를 앞에 세워 놓고 "당신들은 무슨 권한과 누구의 이름으로 이런 일을 하였소?" 하고 물었다. They had Peter and John brought before them and began to question them: "By what power or what name did you do this?"
8 그 때 성령으로 가득찬 베드로는 이렇게 대답하였다. "백성의 지도자들과 원로 여러분,
Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said to them: "Rulers and elders of the people!
9 오늘 여러분이 우리가 불구자에게 착한 일을 한 사실과 그가 어떻게 낳게 되었는가 하는 경위에 관해서 심문을 하는데 If we are being called to account today for an act of kindness shown to a cripple and are asked how he was healed,
10 불구자였던 저 사람이 성한 몸으로 여러분 앞에 서게 된 것은 바로 나자렛 예수 그리스도의 이름을 힘입어 된 것입니다. 그분은 여러분이 십자가에 못박아 죽였지만 하나님께서 죽은 자들 가운데서 다시 살리신 분입니다. 여러분과 이스라엘의 모든 이것을 아셔야 합니다. then know this, you and all the people of Israel: It is by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified but whom God raised from the dead, that this man stands before you healed.
11 이 예수는 집짓는 사람들 곧 여러분에게 버림을 받았지만 모퉁이의 머릿돌이 되신 분입니다.
He is "'the stone you builders rejected, which has become the capstone.'
12 이분을 힘입지 않고는 아무도 구원받을 수 없습니다. 사람에게 주신 이름 가운데 우리를 구원할 수 있는 이름은 이 이름밖에는 없습니다." Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved."

시편 118:1-4, 22-26
1 야훼께 감사노래 불러라, 그는 어지시다. 그의 사랑 영원하시다.
Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever.
2 이스라엘 문중아, 노래불러라. "그의 사랑 영원하시다."
Let Israel say: "His love endures forever."
3 아론 문중아, 노래불러아. "그의 사랑 영원하시다."
Let the house of Aaron say: "His love endures forever."
4 야훼를 경외하는 자들아 노래불러라. "그의 사랑 영원하시다."
Let those who fear the LORD say: "His love endures forever."

22 집짓는 자들이 버린 돌이 모퉁이의 머릿돌이 되었나니,
The stone the builders rejected has become the capstone;
23 우리 눈에는 놀라운 일 야훼께서 하신 일이다.
the LORD has done this, and it is marvelous in our eyes.
24 이 날은 야훼께서 내신 날, 다 함께 기뻐하며 즐거워하자.
This is the day the LORD has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.
25 주소서, 야훼여, 구원을 주소서. 주소서, 야훼여, 승리를 주소서.
O LORD, save us; O LORD, grant us success.
26 야훼의 이름으로 오시는 이여, 찬미받으소서. 우리가 야훼의 집에서 그대들을 축하하리라.
Blessed is he who comes in the name of the LORD. From the house of the LORD we bless you.

요한복음 21:1-14
1 그 뒤 예수께서 티베리아 호숫가에서 제자들에게 다시 나타나셨는데 그 경위는 이러하다.
Afterward Jesus appeared again to his disciples, by the Sea of Tiberias. It happened this way:
2 시몬 베드로와 쌍동이라는 토마와 갈릴레아 가나 사람 나타나엘과 제베대오의 아들들과 그 밖의 두 제자가 한 자리에 모여 있었다. Simon Peter, Thomas (called Didymus), Nathanael from Cana in Galilee, the sons of Zebedee, and two other disciples were together.
3 그 때 시몬 베드로가 "나는 고기를 잡으러 가겠소" 하자 나머지 사람들도 같이 가겠다고 따라 나섰다. 그들은 배를 타고 고기잡이를 나갔으나 그 날 밤에는 아무것도 잡지 못하였다.
"I'm going out to fish," Simon Peter told them, and they said, "We'll go with you." So they went out and got into the boat, but that night they caught nothing.
4 이튿날 날이 밝아 올 때 예수께서 호숫가에 서 계셨다. 그러나 제자들은 그분이 예수이신 줄을 미처 몰랐다.
Early in the morning, Jesus stood on the shore, but the disciples did not realize that it was Jesus.
5 예수께서 "얘들아, 무얼 좀 잡았느냐?" 하고 물으시자 그들은 "아무것도 못 잡았습니다" 하고 대답하였다. He called out to them, "Friends, haven't you any fish?" "No," they answered.
6 "그물을 배 오른편에 던져 보아라. 그러면 고기가 잡힐 것이다." 그들이 예수께서 이르시는 대로 그물을 던졌더니 그물을 끌어올릴 수 없을 만큼 고기가 많이 걸려들었다.
He said, "Throw your net on the right side of the boat and you will find some." When they did, they were unable to haul the net in because of the large number of fish.
7 예수의 사랑을 받던 제자가 베드로에게 "저분은 주님이십니다" 하고 말하였다. 주님이시라는 말을 듣자 옷을 벗고 있던 시몬 베드로는 몸에 겉옷을 두르고 그냥 물 속에 뛰어 들었다.
Then the disciple whom Jesus loved said to Peter, "It is the Lord!" As soon as Simon Peter heard him say, "It is the Lord," he wrapped his outer garment around him (for he had taken it off) and jumped into the water.
8 나머지 제자들은 고기가 잔뜩 걸려 든 그물을 끌며 배를 저어 육지로 나왔다. 그들이 들어갔던 곳은 육지에서 백 미터쯤밖에 떨어지지 않은 곳이었다. The other disciples followed in the boat, towing the net full of fish, for they were not far from shore, about a hundred yards.
9 그들이 육지에 올라 와 보니 숯불이 있고 그 위에 생선이 놓여 있었다. 그리고 빵도 있었다.
When they landed, they saw a fire of burning coals there with fish on it, and some bread.
10 예수께서 제자들에게 "방금 잡은 고기를 몇 마리 가져오너라" 하고 말씀하셨다.
Jesus said to them, "Bring some of the fish you have just caught."
11 시몬 베드로는 배에 가서 그물을 육지로 끌어 올렸다. 그물 속에는 백 쉰 세 마리나 되는 큰 고기가 가득히 들어 있었다. 그렇게 많은 고기가 들어 있었는데도 그물은 터지지 않았다.
Simon Peter climbed aboard and dragged the net ashore. It was full of large fish, 153, but even with so many the net was not torn.
12 예수께서 그들에게 "와서 아침을 들어라" 하고 말씀하셨다. 제자들 중에는 감히 "당신은 누구십니까?" 하고 묻는 사람이 없었다. 그분이 바로 주님이시라는 것이 분명하였기 때문이다.
Jesus said to them, "Come and have breakfast." None of the disciples dared ask him, "Who are you?" They knew it was the Lord.
13 예수께서는 제자들에게 가까이 오셔서 빵을 집어 주시고 또 생선도 집어 주셨다.
Jesus came, took the bread and gave it to them, and did the same with the fish.
14 예수께서 부활하신 뒤 제자들에게 나타나신 것은 이것이 세 번째였다.
This was now the third time Jesus appeared to his disciples after he was raised from the dead.
