사도행전 13:26-33
26 아브라함의 후손인 형제 여러분, 그리고 하나님을 공경하는 이방인 형제 여러분, 이 구원의 말씀은 바로 우리에게 보내 주신 것입니다.
"Brothers, children of Abraham, and you God-fearing Gentiles, it is to us that this message of salvation has been sent.
27 그런데 예루살렘에 사는 사람들과 지도자들은 예수를 알아보지 못하고 그를 단죄하였습니다. 그리하여 결국 안식일마다 읽는 예언서의 말씀을 성취시켰던 것입니다.
The people of Jerusalem and their rulers did not recognize Jesus, yet in condemning him they fulfilled the words of the prophets that are read every Sabbath.
28 사실 그들은 예수를 죽일 만한 아무런 근거도 찾지 못했지만 빌라도를 졸라서 예수를 죽이게 하였습니다.
Though they found no proper ground for a death sentence, they asked Pilate to have him executed.
29 이리하여 그분에 관한 모든 기록이 다 이루어진 뒤에 그들은 예수의 시체를 십자가에서 내려다가 무덤에 모셨습니다.
When they had carried out all that was written about him, they took him down from the tree and laid him in a tomb.
30 그러나 하나님께서는 예수를 죽은 자들 가운데서 살리셨습니다.
But God raised him from the dead,
31 그 뒤 예수께서는 갈릴래아에서 예루살렘으로 같이 올라 간 사람들에게 여러 날 동안 나타내 보이셨습니다. 바로 이 사람들이 지금 우리 백성들 앞에서 예수의 증인이 된 것입니다.
and for many days he was seen by those who had traveled with him from Galilee to Jerusalem. They are now his witnesses to our people.
32 우리도 하나님께서 우리 조상들에게 약속하신 그 기쁜 소식을 여러분에게 전하러 왔습니다.
"We tell you the good news: What God promised our fathers
33 하나님께서는 예수를 다시 살리셔서 자녀된 우리에게 그 약속을 이루어 주셨기 때문입니다. 시편 제이 편에도, '너는 내 아들, 내가 오늘 너를 낳았다' 라고 기록되어 있지 않습니까?
he has fulfilled for us, their children, by raising up Jesus. As it is written in the second Psalm: "'You are my Son; today I have become your Father.'

시편 2
1 어찌하여 나라들이 술렁대는가? 어찌하여 민족들이 헛일을 꾸미는가?
Why do the nations conspire and the peoples plot in vain?
2 야훼를 거슬러, 그 기름 부은 자를 거슬러 세상의 왕들은 들썩거리고 왕족들은 음모를 꾸미며
The kings of the earth take their stand and the rulers gather together against the LORD and against his Anointed One.
3 "이 사슬을 끊어 버리자!" "이 멍에를 벗어버리자!" 한다마는
"Let us break their chains," they say, "and throw off their fetters."
4 하늘 옥좌에 앉으신 야훼, 가소로와 웃으시다가
The One enthroned in heaven laughs; the Lord scoffs at them.
5 드디어 분노를 터뜨려 호통치시고 노기 띤 음성으로 호령하신다.
Then he rebukes them in his anger and terrifies them in his wrath, saying,
6 "나의 거룩한 시온산 위에 나의 왕을 내 손으로 세웠노라."
"I have installed my King on Zion, my holy hill."
7 나를 왕으로 세우시며 선포하신 야훼의 칙령을 들어라. "너는 내 아들, 나 오늘 너를 낳았노라.
I will proclaim the decree of the LORD: He said to me, "You are my Son; today I have become your Father.
8 나에게 청하여라. 만방을 너에게 유산으로 주리라. 땅 끝에서 땅 끝까지 너의 것이 되리라.
Ask of me, and I will make the nations your inheritance, the ends of the earth your possession.
9 저들을 질그릇 부수듯이 철퇴로 짓부수어라."
You will rule them with an iron scepter; you will dash them to pieces like pottery."
10 왕들아, 이제 깨달아라. 세상의 통치자들아, 정신을 차려라.
Therefore, you kings, be wise; be warned, you rulers of the earth.
11 경건되이 야훼께 예배드리고 두려워 떨며 그 발 아래 꿇어 엎드려라.
Serve the LORD with fear and rejoice with trembling.
12 자칫하면 불붙는 그의 분노, 금시라도 터지면 살아 남지 못하리라. 그분께 몸을 피하는 자 모두 다 복되어라. Kiss the Son, lest he be angry and you be destroyed in your way, for his wrath can flare up in a moment. Blessed are all who take refuge in him.

요한복음 14:1-6
1 "너희는 걱정하지 말라. 하나님을 믿고 또 나를 믿어라.
"Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me.
2 내 아버지 집에는 있을 곳이 많다. 그리고 나는 너희가 있을 곳을 마련하러 간다. 만일 거기에 있을 곳이 없다면 내가 이렇게 말하겠느냐?
In my Father's house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you.
3 가서 너희가 있을 곳을 마련하면 다시 와서 너희를 데려다가 내가있는 곳에 같이 있게 하겠다.
And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.
4 너희는 내가 어디로 가는지 그 길을 알고 있다."
You know the way to the place where I am going."
5 그러자 토마가 "주님, 저희는 주님이 어디로 가시는지도 모르는데 어떻게 그 길을 알겠습니까?" 하고 말하였다.
Thomas said to him, "Lord, we don't know where you are going, so how can we know the way?"
6 예수께서는 "나는 길이요 진리요 생명이다. 나를 거치지 않고서는 아무도 아버지께 갈 수 없다.
Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
