히브리서 10:19-25
19 그러므로 형제 여러분, 예수께서 피를 흘리심으로서 우리는 마음놓고 지성소에 들어가게 되었습니다.
Therefore, brothers, since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus,
20 예수께서는 휘장을 뚫고 새로운 살길을 우리에게 열어주셨습니다. 그 휘장은 곧 그분의 육체입니다. by a new and living way opened for us through the curtain, that is, his body,
21 그리고 우리에게는 하나님의 집을 다스리시는 최고의 사제가 계십니다.
and since we have a great priest over the house of God,
22 우리의 마음에는 그리스도의 피가 뿌려져서 나쁜 마음씨가 없어지고 우리의 몸은 맑은 물로 씻겨 깨끗해졌으니 이제는 확고한 믿음과 진실한 마음가짐으로 하나님께로 가까이 나아갑시다.
let us draw near to God with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water.
23 또 우리에게 약속을 주신 분은 진실한 분이시니 우리가 고백하는 그 희망을 굳게 간직하고
Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful.
24 서로 격려해서 사랑과 좋은 일을 하도록 마음을 씁시다.
And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds.
25 그리고 어떤 사람들처럼 같이 모이는 일을 폐지하지 말고 서로 격려해서 자주 모입시다. 더구나 그 날이 가까와 오는 것을 아는 이상 더욱 열심히 모이도록 합시다.
Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another--and all the more as you see the Day approaching.

시편 24:1-6
1 이 세상과, 그 안에 가득 찬 것이 모두 야훼의 것, 이 땅과, 그 위에 사는 것이 모두 야훼의 것,
Of David. A psalm. The earth is the LORD'S, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it;
2 주께서 바다 밑에 기둥을 박으시고 이 땅을 그 물 위에 든든히 세우셨다.
for he founded it upon the seas and established it upon the waters.
3 어떤 사람이 야훼의 산에 오르랴? 어떤 사람이 그 성소에 들어서랴?
Who may ascend the hill of the LORD? Who may stand in his holy place?
4 행실과 마음이 깨끗한 사람, 허망한 데 뜻을 두지 않고 거짓 맹세 아니하는 사람,
He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not lift up his soul to an idol or swear by what is false.
5 이런 사람은 야훼께 복을 받고 하나님께 구원받을 사람이다.
He will receive blessing from the LORD and vindication from God his Savior.
6 이런 사람이 하나님을 찾는 사람이며 야곱의 하나님 앞에 나아갈 사람이다.
Such is the generation of those who seek him, who seek your face, O God of Jacob. Selah

마르코복음 4:21-25
21 예수께서는 또 이렇게 말씀하셨다. "등불을 가져다가 됫박 아래나 침상 밑에 두는 사람이 어디 있겠느냐? 누구나 등경 위에 얹어 놓지 않느냐?
He said to them, "Do you bring in a lamp to put it under a bowl or a bed? Instead, don't you put it on its stand?
22 감추어 둔 것은 드러나게 마련이고 비밀은 알려지게 마련이다.
For whatever is hidden is meant to be disclosed, and whatever is concealed is meant to be brought out into the open.
23 들을 귀가 있는 사람은 알아들어라."
If anyone has ears to hear, let him hear."
24 또 말씀하셨다. "내 말을 마음에 새겨들어라. 너희가 남에게 달아 주면 주는 만큼 받을 뿐만 아니라 덤까지 얹어 받을 것이다.
"Consider carefully what you hear," he continued. "With the measure you use, it will be measured to you--and even more.
25 누구든지 가진 사람은 더 받을 것이며 가지지 못한 사람은 그 가진 것마저 빼앗길 것이다."
Whoever has will be given more; whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken from him."
