2006년 8월 6일 감사성찬례 성서말씀(주의 변모)

다니엘 7:9-10, 13-14
9 내가 바라보니 옥좌가 놓이고 태고적부터 계신 이가 그 위에 앉으셨는데, 옷은 눈같이 희고 머리털은 양털같이 윤이 났다. 옥좌에서 불꽃이 일었고 그 바퀴에서는 불길이 치솟았으며,
"As I looked, "thrones were set in place, and the Ancient of Days took his seat. His clothing was as white as snow; the hair of his head was white like wool. His throne was flaming with fire, and its wheels were all ablaze.
10 그 앞으로는 불길이 강물처럼 흘러 나왔다. 천만 신하들이 떠받들어 모시고 또, 억조창생들이 모시고 섰는데, 그는 법정을 열고 조서를 펼치셨다. A river of fire was flowing, coming out from before him. Thousands upon thousands attended him; ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him. The court was seated, and the books were opened.
13 나는 밤에 또 이상한 광경을 보았는데 사람 모습을 한 이가 하늘에서 구름을 타고 와서 태고적부터 계신 이 앞으로 인도되어 나아갔다.
"In my vision at night I looked, and there before me was one like a son of man, coming with the clouds of heaven. He approached the Ancient of Days and was led into his presence.
14 주권과 영화와 나라가 그에게 맡겨지고 인종과 말이 다른 믓 백성들의 섬김을 받게 되었다. 그의 주권은 스러지지 아니하고 영원히 갈 것이며 그의 나라는 멸망하지 아니하리라.
He was given authority, glory and sovereign power; all peoples, nations and men of every language worshiped him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion that will not pass away, and his kingdom is one that will never be destroyed.

시편 97
1 야훼께서 왕위에 오르셨다. 온 땅은 춤을 추어라. 많은 섬들아 즐거워하여라.
The LORD reigns, let the earth be glad; let the distant shores rejoice.
2 안개에, 구름에 둘러싸이고 정의와 공정이 그 옥좌의 바탕이요
Clouds and thick darkness surround him; righteousness and justice are the foundation of his throne.
3 불길이 그를 앞서 가며 에워 싼 원수들을 살라 버린다.
Fire goes before him and consumes his foes on every side.
4 번개가 한번 번쩍 세상을 비추니 온 땅이 이를 보고 부들부들 떤다.
His lightning lights up the world; the earth sees and trembles.
5 산들도 야훼 앞에서, 온 땅의 주님 앞에서 초처럼 녹아 내린다.
The mountains melt like wax before the LORD, before the Lord of all the earth.
6 하늘이 그의 공정하심을 선포하고 만백성은 그의 영광을 뵙는다.
The heavens proclaim his righteousness, and all the peoples see his glory.
7 잡신들을 섬기는 자들아, 허수아비를 자랑하는 자들아 창피를 당하여라. 모든 신들아 그 앞에 엎드려라.
All who worship images are put to shame, those who boast in idols--worship him, all you gods!
8 야훼여, 당신의 재판은 공정하시오니 시온이 이를 듣고 즐거워하며 유다의 딸들도 기뻐하옵니다.
Zion hears and rejoices and the villages of Judah are glad because of your judgments, O LORD.
9 야훼여, 당신은 온 세상에 으뜸이시오니 그 많은 모든 신들 훨씬 위에 계시옵니다.
For you, O LORD, are the Most High over all the earth; you are exalted far above all gods.
10 악을 미워하는 자를 야훼께서 사랑하시고 당신을 믿는 자의 목숨을 지켜 주시어 악인들의 손에서 건져 주신다. Let those who love the LORD hate evil, for he guards the lives of his faithful ones and delivers them from the hand of the wicked.
11 바르게 살면 그 앞이 환히 트이고 마음이 정직하면 즐거움이 돌아온다.
Light is shed upon the righteous and joy on the upright in heart.
12 바르게 사는 자들, 야훼 품에서 즐거워하여라. 거룩하신 그 이름을 찬양하여라.
Rejoice in the LORD, you who are righteous, and praise his holy name.

2베드로 1:16-19
16 우리가 여러분에게 알려 준 우리 주 예수 그리스도의 권능과 강림의 이야기는 사람들이 꾸며낸 신화에서 나온 것이 아닙니다. 우리는 그분이 얼마나 위대한 분이신지를 우리의 눈으로 보았습니다.
We did not follow cleverly invented stories when we told you about the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but we were eyewitnesses of his majesty.
17 그분은 분명히 하나님 아버지로부터 영예와 영광을 받으셨습니다. 그것은 최고의 영광을 지니신 하나님께서 그분을 가리켜 "이는 내 사랑하는 아들, 내 마음에 드는 아들이다" 하고 말씀하시는 음성이 들려 왔을 때의 일입니다. For he received honor and glory from God the Father when the voice came to him from the Majestic Glory, saying, "This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased."
18 우리는 그 거룩한 산에서 그분과 함께 있었으므로 하늘에서 들려 오는 그 음성을 직접 들었습니다.
We ourselves heard this voice that came from heaven when we were with him on the sacred mountain.
19 이것으로 예언의 말씀이 더욱 확실해졌습니다. 여러분의 마음 속에 동이 트고 샛별이 떠오를 때까지는 어둠 속을 밝혀 주는 등불을 바라보듯이 그 말씀에 주의를 기울이는 것이 좋겠습니다. And we have the word of the prophets made more certain, and you will do well to pay attention to it, as to a light shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts.

루가복음 9:28-36
28 이 말씀을 하신 뒤 여드레쯤 지나서 예수께서는 베드로와 요한과 야고보를 데리시고 기도하러 산으로 올라 가셨다. About eight days after Jesus said this, he took Peter, John and James with him and went up onto a mountain to pray.
29 예수께서 기도하시는 동안에 그 모습이 변하고 옷이 눈부시게 빛났다. As he was praying, the appearance of his face changed, and his clothes became as bright as a flash of lightning.
30 그러자 난데없이 두 사람이 나타나 예수와 함께 이야기하고 있었다. 그들은 모세와 엘리야였다.
Two men, Moses and Elijah,
31 영광에 싸여 나타난 그들은 예수께서 멀지 않아 예루살렘에서 이루시려고 하시는 일 곧 그의 죽음에 관하여 예수와 함께 이야기를 나누고 있었다. appeared in glorious splendor, talking with Jesus. They spoke about his departure, which he was about to bring to fulfillment at Jerusalem.
32 그 때 베드로와 그의 동료들은 깊이 잠들었다가 깨어나 예수의 영광스러운 모습과 거기 함께 서 있는 두 사람을 보았다. Peter and his companions were very sleepy, but when they became fully awake, they saw his glory and the two men standing with him.
33 그 두 사람이 떠나려 할 때 베드로가 나서서 "선생님, 저희가 여기서 지내면 얼마나 좋겠습니까! 저희가 초막 셋을 지어 하나는 선생님께, 하나는 모세에게, 하나는 엘리야에게 드리겠습니다" 하고 예수께 말하였다. 무슨 소리를 하는지 자기도 모르고 한 말이었다. As the men were leaving Jesus, Peter said to him, "Master, it is good for us to be here. Let us put up three shelters--one for you, one for Moses and one for Elijah." (He did not know what he was saying.)
34 베드로가 이런 말을 하고 있는 사이에 구름이 일어 그들을 뒤덮었다. 그들이 구름 속으로 사라져 들어 가자 제자들은 겁에 질려 버렸다. While he was speaking, a cloud appeared and enveloped them, and they were afraid as they entered the cloud.
35 이 때 구름 속에서 "이는 내 아들, 내가 택한 아들이니 그의 말을 들어라!" 하는 소리가 들려 왔다.
A voice came from the cloud, saying, "This is my Son, whom I have chosen; listen to him."
36 그 소리가 그친 뒤에 보니 예수밖에는 아무도 보이지 않았다. 제자들은 아무 말도 못하고 자기들이 본 것을 얼마 동안 아무에게도 말하지 않았다.
When the voice had spoken, they found that Jesus was alone. The disciples kept this to themselves, and told no one at that time what they had seen.
