말라기 4:1-6

1 보아라, 이제 풀무불처럼 모든 것을 살라 버릴 날이 다가왔다. 그날이 오면, 멋대로 살던 사람들은 모두 검불처럼 타 버려 뿌리도 가지도 남지 않으리라. 만군의 야훼가 말한다. "Surely the day is coming; it will burn like a furnace. All the arrogant and every evildoer will be stubble, and that day that is coming will set them on fire," says the LORD Almighty. "Not a root or a branch will be left to them.
2 그러나 너희는 내 이름 두려운 줄 알고 살았으니, 너희에게는 승리의 태양이 비쳐와 너희의 병을 고쳐 주리라. 외양간에 매여 있던 소가 풀려 뛰어 나오듯, 너희는 밖으로 나와
But for you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings. And you will go out and leap like calves released from the stall.
3 나쁜 자들을 짓밟으리라. 내가 나서는 그 날이 오면, 나쁜 자들은너희 발바닥에 재처럼 짓밟히리라. 만군의 야훼가 말한다. Then you will trample down the wicked; they will be ashes under the soles of your feet on the day when I do these things," says the LORD Almighty.
4 "너희는 내가 호렙산에서 나의 종 모세를 시켜 온 이스라엘에게 내린 법과 규정과 계명을 되새기도록 하여라.
"Remember the law of my servant Moses, the decrees and laws I gave him at Horeb for all Israel.
5 이 야훼가 나타날 날, 그 무서운 날을 앞두고 내가 틀림없이 예언자 엘리야를 너희에게 보내리니,
"See, I will send you the prophet Elijah before that great and dreadful day of the LORD comes.
6 엘리야가 어른들의 마음을 자식들에게, 자식들의 마음을 어른들에게 돌려 화목하게 하리라. 그래야 내가 와서 세상을 모조리 쳐부수지 아니하리라." He will turn the hearts of the fathers to their children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers; or else I will come and strike the land with a curse."

승리의 태양이 비쳐와 너희의 병을 고쳐주리라.
은밀하게 다가오는 악의 세력들을 예수그리스도의 이름으로 짓밟고 승리할 수 있는 믿음을 주시도록 기도합시다.
