Dear Friends....

I have been away for nearly three weeks, and apologize for being so out of communication!

So much is going on in the work of GLOBAL TEAMS around the globe:

One of our mobilizers from Costa Rica is working with me and with our Africa Director to finally bring to fruition a multi-year vision: sending Punjabi speaking members of the Church of Pakistan to Africa as missionaries! Yes...think of all of those "dots": Costa Rica, Pakistan, Kenya, USA. "International Mobilization"!

Our Member Care Coordinator, Kathie Phillips has now held training for Member Care missionaries (people committed to caring for our missionaries) for Asian members, and Latin American members of GT. In May she will train African leaders in Member Care as well.

This week we have several days of meetings with a team of men and women committed to helping GT become a solid leader in the area of "business as mission", or what we call "Kingdom Ventures".

I mentioned being away for three weeks. I was visiting Thailand, Pakistan, and then Turkey. It is wonderful to see how the Lord is blessing the vision of "insider movements" in the Muslim world today. He is also connecting these brothers and sisters with each other. These incredible men and women follow Jesus in very difficult contexts in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran, India, Bangladesh, Southern Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, and more.

I wish you could meet them! To help you get a "feel" for things, I thought you might be blessed and encouraged to see the prayer request I received just today from "Hank." As some of you probably recall, "Hank" is the brother who had been in training to fight as a member of a famous group in the Pak area before he saw the Lord in a dream and now is involved in a whole different sort of "struggle"!

I think the prayer request is a wonderful window into the hearts and spirits of our friends on the ground....

Dear brothers

From today I starting studies from holly book. I want to know and want to learn that how Do I listen GOD? I so child in listening situation. I want to be a very good listener of GOD with any any good dissentions. I want God to speak with me in my three days holly study. I dont know where to start but I starting from fasting. I want to listen to GOD through the study of holly book. I want you all brothers to pray for me that God will help me to listening him and please any of you have any chapter numbers or verse numbers them please send me.Also pray for me and my brother (he means "Bruce") because our boths life is so much busy. And facing some time problems from mufti type of Muslims (these are Islamic leaders).
