요즘은 이런 저런 일로 바쁜 일상을 보내고 있읍니다..
그래서 인지 요즘 통 운동을 못했내요...
이번주에 족구 시합이 있다니  나의 운동감을 체크할 시간이
되겠네요..
그나저나 나이가 들어서 인지 몸 움직이는게 구찮어 짐을 실감합니다.
다들 그러신지 궁금하기도 하네요...

Load God, please enable my wife to be disciplined in the care of her body
